Frank S. Castellana is Managing Partner at Knollwood Partners, a pharmaceutical and medical products consultancy.  Previously, he was a senior executive at Bristol-Myers Squibb, holding positions in both the Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Divisions, including Vice President Franchise Development and Strategic Planning for Worldwide Medicines, Senior Vice-President Science and Technology and President Infection and Contamination Control at ConvaTec, and Director of Medical & Regulatory Affairs at Squibb Diagnostics.  Prior to joining Bristol-Myers, he was Associate Professor of Chemical and Bioengineering at Columbia University, and Director of the Biomedical Engineering Center at St. Luke’s Hospital.  Areas of expertise include product development and commercialization strategy, product and licensing transaction valuations, and portfolio strategy.  Frank received his M.D. from the Albert Einstein College of Medicine and his Eng.Sc.D. in Chemical Engineering from Columbia University.
