Incorporated in May of 2005, Reldata Inc. provides unified storage management appliances. This technology converges storage-on-demand solutions and block-and-file level data replication solutions in the areas of storage consolidation, remote backup and disaster recovery. To date, Reldata has raised $7.9 million of institutional capital with $1.6 million of this total received since August of 2007.

Incorporated in October of 2006, Elanti is a leading innovator of service management and intelligent routing software solutions, which are marketed to global telecommunications companies. Australia's largest telecommunications carrier, Telstra Corporation, spun off this technology into Elanti Systems Labs (ES Labs) which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Elanti and has signed a two-year development contract for $2.4 million. Elanti has raised $2.5 million in venture capital from New Venture Partners and Innovation Capital.
