The Fort Monmouth Economic Revitalization Authority is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide Professional Planning Consulting Services to prepare and finalize development and design guidelines and land use regulations, including zoning maps, for the Fort Monmouth property, in accordance with the Fort Monmouth Reuse and Redevelopment Plan (“Reuse Plan”).
