Parlor Gallery

Supported by the NJEDA’s Loans to Lenders Program, New Jersey Community Capital (NJCC) provided Parlor Gallery, a woman-owned, artist-directed-and-curated gallery in Asbury Park, with a $20,000 working capital loan, which supported the creation of marketing materials and other operating costs.  Parlor Gallery features both emerging and established artists, and strives to foster a welcoming, creative environment where the public can experience exhibits they may not otherwise have access to outside of a large urban setting.  Parlor Gallery currently employs two full-time employees and two part-time.

“The support NJEDA and NJCC provided has helped us build our client base and raise awareness of events and exhibits at the gallery,” said Jenn Hampton, Director/Curator, Parlor Gallery. “It’s exciting to see our vision of educating and advising collectors coming to life.
