Bruce Ciallella serves as Chief Operations and Compliance Officer for the NJEDA.  In this role, he oversees the NJEDA’s portfolio of Incentives and Loans post-approval, as well as HUD-funded, NJEDA-administered Superstorm Sandy Recovery programs.

Prior to joining the NJEDA, Bruce served as Deputy Attorney General for the State of New Jersey representing the NJEDA and New Jersey Housing and Mortgage Finance Agency in various legal matters, including but not limited to the creation of various Superstorm Sandy Programs.

Furthermore, before joining the State, Bruce was a market maker on the floor of the NASDAQ OMX PHLX trading in the Oil Service, Homebuilder, and Gold and Silver Sectors.

Bruce earned a Juris Doctorate from Widener University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economic and Business Administration from Ursinus College.
