The EDA Board meets at 10 a.m. at 36 West State Street, Trenton, NJ.

All meetings are held from 10 – 12 Noon in the boardroom unless otherwise noted.

*** Notice is hereby given that the New Jersey Economic Development Authority (the “Authority”) meeting scheduled for Thursday, July 12, 2018 is hereby cancelled. However, the Authority will hold the previously published scheduled public hearings in accordance with the public notice requirements of Section 147(f) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, on July 12, 2018 at 10:00 a.m., at its offices, located at 36 West State Street, Trenton, New Jersey 08625, with respect to the following applications for private activity bond financing:

Atlantic City Sewerage Company – Application Numbers P44949, P44950 & P44952
Oaks Integrated Care, Inc. – Application Number P45064
Dakota Properties, Inc. – Application Number P45063.

At the public hearings, members of the public may appear in person or by attorney to express their views, which may either be provided orally or may be submitted in writing at the Authority's address above, concerning the proposed issuance of the private activity bonds and the location and nature of the projects to be financed thereby.
