NJEDA Construction Inflation Fund Information Session

The Construction Inflation Fund is a $10 million competitive grant program that will provide funding for real estate development projects that have experienced increased construction costs and project funding gaps as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. The Fund aims to mitigate the pandemic’s negative economic impacts by providing support to real estate developers in the form of grants for real estate substantial rehabilitation, new construction, and development costs associated with each project. This information session will provide real estate developers with an overview of this new federally funded pilot program, including overall program details and application submission process and requirements.
