Since the enactment of the N.J. Economic Opportunity Act of 2013, 252 active projects have been approved under the Grow NJ Program for a total award amount of more than $4.7 billion. This assistance will support the creation of 32,209 estimated new jobs and the retention of 35,368 existing jobs at risk of leaving New Jersey.
Prior to the enactment of the N.J. Economic Opportunity Act of 2013, 18 active projects were approved under the Legacy Grow NJ Program for a total award amount of $525.3 million. This assistance will support the creation of more than 2,500 new jobs, the retention of more than 6,600 existing jobs at risk of leaving New Jersey, and leverage more than $1 billion in total capital investment.
